Industrial Park Walsrode
The Industrial Park Walsrode is one of the most prestigious and important sites of cellulose chemistry in the world. It offers excellent qualities cellulosics based businesses, plastics processing companies and production companies based on renewable raw materials. Engineering service providers, mechanical engineers and the food industry also find excellent conditions at the location. The Industrial Park is fully developed and provides a completely expanded infrastructure with various material and media flows. The largest companies at the site are IFF, Dow, Wipak Walsrode, Walsroder Casings/Viskase and Covestro/Epurex.

Of which about 11 hectares are currently fully developed and immediately available, another 7 ha also have development plan maturity. Larger expansion areas are already included in the land use plan.
