Cellulosics
Competence centre for water-soluble polymers
The Dow Wolff Cellulosics (DWC) is the competence centre specializing in water-soluble polymers located in the Walsrode Industrial Park.
Health, nutrition and energy efficiency can be counted among the megatrends of our times. These are trends to which DWC is making a significant contribution with its products based on renewable raw materials. These highly specialized derivatives are used in the foodstuffs, construction, pharmaceuticals, electronics and cosmetics industries. Among other purposes, they serve to measure the dosage of effective ingredients in medicaments and to reduce the fat component in foodstuffs. When used in construction materials they result in better quality and improved efficacity. Green chemicals are writ large in the Deltaland.
